About Beckonly

Beckonly is a directory of local Austin businesses (dental, veterinary, beauty, and wellness) that makes those businesses discoverable and bookable through AI agents such as Claude and ChatGPT. By using Beckonly, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the Service

  • You may use Beckonly to browse business listings and submit booking requests.
  • You may not use Beckonly for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users or businesses.
  • You may not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking requests.
  • Automated or programmatic access via our MCP endpoint is permitted for legitimate use cases (finding businesses, submitting booking requests).

Business Listings

Business listing information is sourced from publicly available data. Business owners may claim and update their listing. Beckonly does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing. Beckonly is not responsible for the quality or availability of services offered by listed businesses.

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through Beckonly does not guarantee an appointment. Booking requests are forwarded to the business owner, who may accept or decline at their discretion. Beckonly is not a party to any agreement between you and the business.

MCP API Access

Our MCP endpoint (https://www.beckonly.com/api/mcp) is publicly accessible. Use of this endpoint is subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access for abuse.

Claiming a Business

By claiming a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to manage that business. You are responsible for keeping your listing information accurate and up to date.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Beckonly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that business information will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

Beckonly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with businesses listed on the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Beckonly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
